My dog is just a Pom-a-pug so he’s never going to be attacking it but I’ve found it to be durable and easy to clean. He definitely eats slower (if not less frantic). He’s raw fed so it’s easy to spread his food. Also as dogs should eat from a flat surface on the floor, he appreciates it too.

I am so glad I bought this bowl. We have re-homed a 6 month old French Bulldog who inhales his dinner in about 10 seconds! This is the first slow feeder bowl we have tried so cannot compare it to any others, however I am very glad I chose this one. With him being a flat faced breed he can still manage to get all the food from each section and it has slowed his dinner time right down. Have not timed it, but takes over a minute now for him to finish rather than 10 seconds!! The middle two paw sections are the most difficult for him to eat from. I almost bought a bowl that had projections like those sections all over, however I think that may have been too frustrating for him. Glad I bought this one. It works!
